COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK COSMOPOLITAN

This week's cocktail is the classic Cosmopolitan or Cosmo, which became popular in the 1990's due to its mention on the TV show, Sex and the City.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Vodka

25ml Cointreau

10 drops of lime juice

100ml Cranberry juice

METHOD

In a cocktail shaker, pour ice and all the other ingredients.

Shake for 1 minute and pour into a martini glass.

Garnish with a slice or twist of lime.
