In these uncertain and unprecedented times, we appreciate that businesses need to continue in order to protect the livelihood of our teams, commitments to returns for shareholders and alike.

With this in mind, we have made substantial changes to our policies which will allow more flexibility and confidence through this period, and out the other side.

Our teams have been trained to carry out their duties and support our customers, without creating undue risk. We continue to take advice from the World Health Organisation and Public Health England.

New Bookings to arrive up to the 31st August 2020

  • All new bookings made, will benefit from enhanced cancellation period of up to 7 days before the first day of
  • For all businesses that do not have pre agreed credit terms with Countrywide Hotels a deposit payment will be required as per our terms and conditions. If the event is cancelled up to 7 days prior to the first day of arrival, we will refund in full the pre-paid
