Dining Pods Planned For The Crab & Lobster Restaurant

We are delighted to announce that the Crab & Lobster Restaurant are planning some exciting new dining options to capture the year-round market, aimed at adding more choice for the customer dining experience which has increased due to demand.

For the first time, you will be able to experience private dining at the Crab and Lobster from one of four open aspect heated dining pods, with 360° uninterrupted panoramic views which allow for significant light, generous outside views and a more spacious feel for entertaining up to eight guests in each pod. In response to demand from customers, from February a further outdoor dining facility will be in the courtyard area leading into the main restaurant, along with the upper balcony which provides an all-weather solution.

This month will see, an interesting aspect of this development, as demand deepens for afternoon tea, lunch and lighter evening dining, the conservatory will be converted to a facility for private hire and dining.

“The overwhelming response and feedback we’ve heard from customers to our expansion across the board have been very positive, especially in the local area. So, we felt that now was the right time to share our plans, to provide a superior customer experience” said Darren Patt, Managing Director from Countrywide Hotels.  “The hospitality market and our customers have been going through a period of immense change and so we have had to evolve ways to meet these changing expectations and to build customer loyalty.”
