How did you find last week's challenge?...this week our leisure club team at East Sussex National have created three more fitness challenges to do over three days, with rest days in between.

 

Tuesday - HIIT Full Body

50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. Three rounds of the following.

 1.Fast High Knees

2. Press up into a burpee

3. Lunge into a jump

4. Mountain Climbers

5. Tuck Jumps

6. Walk out press ups

7.Sumo squat jumps

 

Thursday - Lower body

20 x Step ups

20 x high knees

20 seconds recovery

Repeat 4 times

1 minute rest

 

20 dumbbell lateral lunges

20 dumbbell squats

20 seconds recovery

Repeat 4 times

1 minute rest

 

20 Sumo Squats

20 Reverse lunges

20 seconds recovery

Repeat 4 times

 

Weekend Cardio Challenge

Pick a flat 5km route.

10 minute walk to warm up

Challenge yourself, see how fast you can complete 5km. See how you have improved since the start of our weekly challenges.

5 minute walk to warm down.
