Keep going...this week our leisure club team at East Sussex National have created three different fitness challenges to do over three days, with a days rest in between.


Tuesday - Legs, Bums and Tums Challenge

5 rounds of the below for a 25 minute challenge.

1 minute wall sit

1 minute plank

1 minute mountain climbers

1 minute alternate lunges

1 minute squat jumps


Thursday - Upper Body ‘As Many Rounds As Possible’

15 Press Ups

15 Shoulder Presses

10 Bicep Curls

10 Tricep extensions

How many rounds can you do in fifteen minutes?


Weekend Cardio Challenge

Pick a nice 5km route.

10 minute walk to warm up

Interval Training:

2 minute jog, 1 minute walk. Do this 8 times.

5 minute walk to warm down.

Training time is about 40 minutes to complete.
