SALTED CARAMEL MARTINI RECIPE

This weeks deliciously indulgent and festive cocktail recipe comes from our Restaurant Supervisor, Fernando at the Crab & Lobster Restaurant.

His inspiration was the Crab & Lobster's tasty caramel sauce used in their famous Sticky Toffee Pudding and Ice Cream desserts. The sauce is so good and many guests often comment on it being the best they have ever tasted. So Fernando thought it would be a good idea to incorporate it into a delectable cocktail perfect for this time of year.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Vodka

50ml Baileys Irish Cream

25ml Caramel sauce

50ml Double cream

Pinch of salt

METHOD

Fill a martini glass with ice to cool it down, empty the ice

Rim the glass with caramel sauce

Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake

Strain into your glass

Enjoy!
