WHISKY SPRITZ COCKTAIL RECIPE

The famous summer spritz has been given a winter twist, delicious with an edge of mystery. The Whisky Spritz, is light and slightly sweet with enough flavour to please everyone.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Whisky
60ml Ginger Ale
90ml Appletiser / Sparkling Apple Juice
1 Lemon Wedge
Ice

METHOD

Fill a tall glass with ice.

Add the whisky.

Pour in the Ginger Ale, then gently squeeze a wedge of lemon in the glass before dropping it in the glass.

Top with sparkling apple juice, stir well and enjoy chilled!
